With over two decades of diverse and hands-on experience, I bring a wealth of expertise and passion to physiotherapy care.

I began my career as a physiotherapist with the National Hockey Team of Pakistan, where I served for 15 years, gaining extensive experience in managing elite-level sports injuries, rehabilitation, and performance optimisation at the highest levels of competition.

In 2013, I relocated to the UK, where I have since worked within the NHS as a Team Lead Physiotherapist for over 10 years. My roles have spanned various NHS departments, allowing me to develop a broad clinical skillset and strong leadership capabilities.

My qualifications include a Diploma in Kinesiology Taping and Acupuncture/Dry Needling, and I specialise in sports injury rehabilitation, manual therapy, and sports manuplation. My clinical approach combines evidence-based techniques with a deep understanding of human movement and injury recovery.

As a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), I adhere to the highest professional standards. I am deeply committed to helping patients recover, move better, and return to doing what they love.
Above all, I am passionate about physiotherapy and dedicated to delivering personalised, effective care to every individual I treat.
